Welcome to Arabian Expedition, operated by Arabian Expedition Tourism LLC. By booking and participating in our tours, experiences, and activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been completed.

  • All bookings are subject to availability confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including guest information and contact details.

Tour & Experience Requirements

  • Each tour, experience, or activity may have specific requirements, restrictions, or recommendations.

  • Guests are responsible for reviewing the tour details and requirements published on the relevant product page before booking.

Safety & Participation

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions and guidance provided by our team, tour guides, and activity instructors.

  • Arabian Expedition reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest if their participation may affect their own safety, the safety of others, or the overall experience.

  • Guests must not participate while under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may affect their ability to safely participate.

  • Guests are responsible for informing our team of any relevant limitations or circumstances that may affect their ability to safely participate in an activity.

Driving Activities

For activities involving self-driven vehicles such as dune buggies, quad bikes, or similar experiences:

  • Guests participate and drive at their own responsibility.

  • All safety instructions, driving rules, and speed limits must be followed at all times.

  • Reckless driving, misuse of equipment, or failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the activity.

  • Any damage caused by reckless or improper use of vehicles or equipment may be charged to the customer.

  • Self-driving activities are not covered by insurance.

Pickup & Transportation

For tours and experiences that include transportation:

  • Pickup times may vary due to traffic conditions, multiple guest pickups, and operational requirements.

  • Pickup locations are subject to availability and may be limited to specific areas.

  • The type of vehicle provided may vary depending on operational requirements.

  • Guests are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup location and time.

  • Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Tour Adjustments

Arabian Expedition reserves the right to make reasonable changes to tour schedules, routes, vehicles, activities, or arrangements when necessary due to operational requirements, safety considerations, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide guests with advance notice of significant changes.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat staff, guides, drivers, instructors, and other guests with respect.

  • Follow instructions provided by the Arabian Expedition team.

  • Maintain appropriate and responsible behavior throughout the experience.

  • Take reasonable care of vehicles, equipment, facilities, and other property provided during the experience.

Arabian Expedition reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are governed by our applicable Cancellation Policy.

By completing a booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation and rescheduling conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
